George & Laverne Straub – Celebrating Our Client Heroes
This is the perfect picture to capture where George and Laverne Straub want to be when they retire – travelling the world!
And of course, hanging out with the grandbabies! They have worked hard, raised a family and now it’s time to let those retirement dreams loose as they contemplate their next phase: retirement. They are excellent examples of a hardworking family, both government employees who understand so well that to be of service is the backbone of our province.
Clients like George and Laverne are typical TCM client heroes and remind us of the James Gallagher quote “the ship is picking up speed steady as she goes.”

TCM: George and Laverne have planned well for their retirement. Working with John over the years to hone their financial plan has given them insight and clarity about making solid decisions for their future. But sometimes in these changing times doubt can still tap us on the shoulder and we wonder if we are as prepared as we should be for retirement. John will address this issue in our next blog and answer the question when is enough, really enough?
